Private Medical Insurance.
Private Medical Insurance enables you to receive private medical/hospital treatment quickly, without enduring a long wait or having to meet the cost yourself. Different benefits are available depending on the plan and level of premium you choose to pay.
We represent all of the major private medical insurance companies in the market including BUPA, AXA PPP, Norwich Union, etc. We can also provide a range of exclusive schemes which provide bespoke benefits at a lower cost than a standard health insurance policy.
Cash Plans.
In conjunction with one of the major providers, Manson Warner Healthcare now offers a range of cash plans designed to encourage all employees to give priority to their health, safe in the knowledge that any treatment costs may be met, or at least contributed to.

The Plans can be company funded or paid on a voluntary basis and are primarily aimed at those employees who would not normally be covered under a comprehensive health insurance scheme.
Occupational Health.
• Management of occupational health risk and the protection of the health, safety and welfare of employees can result in less absenteeism, increased productivity, and reduced expenditure on staffing.
• Specialist professional advice on rehabilitation, job design or job modification, reasonable adjustments for disabled people, and proactive case management by Occupational Health professionals can speed up return to work after illness or injury.

Claims Support Service.
Our in-house Claims Department provides a Managed Care/Group Secretary function, in addition to assisting in all areas relating to claims, payments, charges made by surgeons, hospitals, etc.
It is worth noting that the majority of healthcare intermediaries in the UK do not offer a similar service.

Our special arrangements with screening centers in the UK are available to all our clients and a wide range of programmes are offered at extremely competitive rates. We would be happy to illustrate a sample of costs for your consideration.
We are also able to organise routine and pre-employment medicals through our highly experienced panel of General Practitioners.
International/Travel Plans.
International / travel plans ensure that the healthcare needs of people living and working outside their home country are looked after. We can arrange international policies for expatriates, and business and travel cover at discounted rates.

Client Support Service.
Manson Warner Healthcare has a dedicated team offering comprehensive support to our clients. Team members are able to advise and assist with administration and benefit enquiries. They receive ongoing training to ensure they are fully conversant with the frequent changes which occur in this fast moving industry.
Group Secretaries can be confident that their administrative duties are kept to a minimum, as we offer a total back-up service. This includes providing membership updates, premium information and P11D statistics when required. We also check any documentation provided by the insurer prior to forwarding it to our clients.
Supplies of application forms and insurer's literature are kept in-house and can be sent to you immediately on request.
Many insurers now provide telephone helplines. However, our claims support team ensure that any problems which arise between the member and the insurer or provider are resolved.

Personal Business Department.
Our Personal Business Department deals with all aspects of individual policies, providing a full back-up and information service for the benefit of the individual subscriber.
