Background

Embarrassed to Buy is a family run business which started from the idea of selling products which people are uncomfortable asking for in a shop. The idea of a website shop came in order to provide customers with a 24/7 way to easily buy these products.

Solution

Bite IT created an e-commerce system which allows the administrator to update the product catalogue by keeping up to date the product details through the user friendly administrative panel. There is an automated shopping basket which calculates the total price and the delivery costs and allows online purchasing to take place. All orders are stored in a database for future reference and manually archived after the order is processed.


Outcome

The online shopping system created by Bite, increased the usability of the website, reduced the administrative work, allowed the website to be kept up to date and most importantly allowed purchase orders to be processed in just a few moments.
